Philippe Lapointe

Philippe Lapointe, a forward from Novi, Michigan, has made his mark as a graduate student and alternate captain for the University of Michigan hockey team. A three-time B1G All-Academic Team selection, Philippe has consistently contributed on the ice, recording multiple assists and goals throughout his collegiate career. In his senior year, he notched two assists in a commanding 7-1 win over Ohio State and scored a crucial goal in a 6-4 victory against Penn State. Over four years, Philippe appeared in 14 games as a freshman. He gradually became a key player, including a standout performance in his junior year, contributing two goals and three assists in 24 games. Before Michigan, Philippe captained the Trail Smoke Eaters in the BCHL, totaling 55 points in 36 games, and was named a BCHL Second-Team All-Star. Majoring in Sports Management, Philippe continues to uphold his family's deep hockey tradition.
