Jack Smith, a junior forward from St. Cloud, Minnesota, has made significant strides in his collegiate hockey career. Currently majoring in Management, Jack has proven himself both on and off the ice. During the 2023-24 season, he played 34 games for the Bulldogs, recording 12 points with 3 goals and 9 assists, earning him recognition as an NCHC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete and an NCHC Academic All-Conference Team member. He skated in 25 games in his freshman year, contributing five assists and scoring his first collegiate point against WMU. Before joining the Bulldogs, Jack was a 2020 NHL Entry Draft pick by the Montreal Canadiens (Round 4, #102). He spent two seasons with the Sioux Falls Stampede in the USHL and previously played for St. Cloud Cathedral, where he served as alternate captain and scored 53 points in 25 games.
