Cam Berg is a forward for the University of North Dakota, originally from Fargo, N.D. In his junior season (2023-24), Berg set career highs with 20 goals and 37 points, ranking third on the team in points and second in goals. His nine power-play goals led the team, and he finished tied for third with three game-winning goals. Berg earned All-NCHC Honorable Mention honors and was a finalist for NCHC Defensive Forward of the Year. Prior to joining UND, he spent two seasons at Omaha, where he recorded 47 points and helped the Mavericks achieve their best-ever NCHC finish. A fourth-round pick by the New York Islanders in the 2021 NHL Draft, Berg is known for his two-way play and leadership in faceoffs. He is currently pursuing a degree in management at UND.
